Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Calorix ("we", "us") collects when you request a free meal plan, why we collect it and what rights you have. Questions? Email support@trycalorix.com.

What we collect

• Your answers: goal, activity level, sex, age, height, weight, allergies and foods you dislike.
• Your email address, so we can send you your plan.
• Optional: how you heard about us.
• Technical data: an anonymous session ID, the campaign link you arrived from (UTM parameters), referring website, approximate country and browser type.

Height, weight and allergies can be considered health-related data. We only process them with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting.

Why we use it

• To create your personalized meal plan and email it to you.
• To understand, in aggregate, how people find and use our website so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across websites. We store your quiz progress and an anonymous session ID in your browser's local storage so you don't lose your answers if you refresh the page.

Who processes your data

• Supabase: database hosting for your answers and email.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, bot protection (Turnstile) and cookieless analytics.

These providers may process data outside your country, under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for up to 12 months after you submit it, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing support@trycalorix.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
