Ingredients
For 1 serving
- 70 g (¾ cup) rolled oats
- 200 ml (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
- 1 scoop (30 g) whey protein
- 30 g (2 tbsp) peanut butter
- 100 g (⅔ cup) blueberries, plus a few for topping
Instructions
- 1Stir the oats into the almond milk and leave them to soak for 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge).
- 2Add the protein powder, peanut butter and blueberries and mix well.
- 3Top with a few extra blueberries and serve.
Tips
- Cow's milk works too and adds about 7 g of protein (and about 70 kcal with 2% milk).
- If it gets too thick after soaking, loosen it with a splash of milk or water before adding the protein.
