Ingredients

For 1 serving

  • 100 g (½ cup) cream of rice (rice semolina)
  • 40 g (1⅓ scoops) whey protein
  • 350 ml (1½ cups) water
  • 20 g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) peanut butter
  • 60 g (½ cup) raspberries

Instructions

  1. 1Shake the protein powder, cream of rice and water together in a shaker (or whisk in a bowl) until there are no lumps.
  2. 2Pour into a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring the whole time, until thick, about 5 to 8 minutes.
  3. 3Spoon into a bowl, stir in the peanut butter and top with raspberries.

Tips

  • Mixing the protein into cold water before cooking keeps it smooth; added to hot porridge it tends to clump.
  • Any berries or a sliced banana work instead of raspberries.
